Joseph will be debuting the role of Escamillo with Stony Brook University as a guest artist on April 25th and 26th.  Joseph  recently debuted the role of Masetto with Bronx Opera in January and debut with the Riverside Opera for their fall concert. In the Spring, Joseph will be singing with the Riverside Choral Society as a soloist in their performance of Schubert's Mass in Ab minor. He recently sand with the Choral society for their holiday concert as a soloist. In June 2019, Joseph debuted the role of Sharpless with the Hudson Opera Theatre in their production of Madama Butterfly with great success. He also performed the roles of Morales and el Dancairo in Hudson Opera Theatre’s production of Carmen in April. In the past year Joseph has performed with the Bronx Opera in their production of The Consul as the Secret Police Agent and was a soloist for their annual Gala event. In July he performed in concert with the Opera with a Twist company for their first every gala event. Joseph was recently selected as a finalist for the Ithaca Opera competition, New York Lyric Opera competition and placed second in the first round of the 2019 Classical Singer Magazine Competition. Joseph sings regularly for the Bedford Presbyterian Church as a concert soloist and bass section leader. Last year, Joseph performed with the Lighthouse Opera company in their production of Susannah as Mr. Mclean as well as in Opera with a Twist’s production of Turandot as the Mandarin and Ping.  Joseph currently studies voice with Braeden Harris and coaches with Susan Morton. Joseph originally hails from Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania and currently lives in Bronxville, New York with his wife, Nicole. When he isn’t studying for his next role or performing, Joseph can be found hand crafting furniture, museum browsing and traveling with his wife.
